Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)course is running at this college since year 1999 and is of four years (eight semesters) undergraduate programme. The course is approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).

The Annual Fee for the students admitted in B.Pharm course during session 2023-24 course (for both ACPC-SQ and MQ seats) will be Rs. 90,000=00 per annum to be paid in two installments. It is informed that the above annual fee is as declared by Fee Regulatory Committee (Technical) which is formed under Section 9 (1) of the Gujarat Professional Technical Educational Colleges or Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Fixation of fees) Act, 2007 by Govt. of Gujarat. Any change in fee at a later stage as and when declared by the Fee Regulatory Committee will be bound to the students for all four years of study.
50% of total B.Pharm intake + supernumerary seats (EWS and TFW) are to be filled by the ACPC, Gujarat state. Please refer the website of Admission Committee www.acpc.gujarat.gov.in for number of seats along with category reservation to fill on ACPC-State Quota Seats. The candidate needs to apply to the ACPC at www.gujacpc.admission.nic.in centralized admission process to get admission in these seats. The eligible candidates would be allotted admission by ACPC as per the merit prepared considering the results of the qualifying exam (12th board exam) and GUJCET 2023.
The candidates are advised to refer the website of Centralised State Admission Committee (ACPC): www.acpc.gujarat.gov.in and www.gujacpc.admission.nic.in for the further details such as eligibility, seat matrix and the procedure of admission on ACPC-State Quota seats.
Candidates who are interested to take admission on Management Quota seats of B.Pharm course at ROFEL Shri G.M. Bilakhia College of Pharmacy should fill the “Application Form for Admission” available at college office on working days between 9.00 am to 3.30 pm. The applications are only to be submitted in person only to the Principal/ Nodal Officer-MQ Admissions at college before the last date as notified separately on the website/ college notice board/ advertisement in newspapers. Applications submitted by Post/ Courier/ etc. will not accepted. The presence of candidate is compulsory at the time of application and also at the time of admission counseling.
The inter-se-merit will be prepared based on percentile marks obtained in GUJCET-2023& NEET- 2023 exam separately and the seats will be offered based on inter-se-merit. The candidates to whom admission is offered, must deposit fees through NEFT/ IMPS/ RTGS/ DD/ Cheque on the date of counseling. Fee deposit in Cash mode is not accepted. If the fee is not deposited within stipulated time, then their right of admission will be forfeited and the seats will be offered to the next waiting candidates on inter-se-merit.
If the seats remain vacant after completion of online round of ACPC admission (SQ seats), then the applications to fill such vacant seats shall be invited from eligible candidates and the Vacant seats due to cancellation or non- reporting will be filled from inter-se-merit prepared from the applications received for such vacant round before the stipulated date. The admission will be offered as per Inter-Se-Merit to fill the vacant seats if any. The last date for submission of applications for this Phase will be intimated on website/ College Notice Board later.The actual number of the vacant seats to be filled shall be displayed on the date of VQ seat counseling.
A candidate may withdraw/ cancel his admission during the admission process before the last date as notified by the ACPC and College. However, it should be noted that refund of fee deposited shall only be applicable if such vacated seat is filled & such admission is duly approved by the ACPC during next round of admission. Refund of fee in such cases shall be processed as per ACPC norms after completion of admission process and its endorsement by ACPC.
The student who has passed examination from outside India would be exempted from GUJCET / NEET 2023 examination. Based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination he/ she would be included in the NRI Inter-se-merit list. Such candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria prescribed by the State Government for admission. However, if the students have passed qualifying examination from India, they should have appeared in GUJCET-2023/ NEET- 2023 to be considered eligible for admission.
The students who passed qualifying examination from outside India shall have to obtain equivalency certificate from Association of Indian Universities, Delhi.N.R.I. students who seek admission on N.R.I seat will have to submit copy of his/ her passport as well as passport of his/ her mother and/ or father, to prove himself/ herself as an N.R.I candidate. N.R.I sponsored students have to submit proof of his sponsor being an affidavit has to submitted. The relation of N.R.I (Sponsored) with the student (N.R.I sponsored candidate), sponsorer’s undertaking the responsibility for payment of tuition and other fees as well as the entire responsibility of the candidate’s study should be clearly mentioned in the affidavit.Priority would be given to N.R.I candidates for admission on N.R.I seats.
N.R.I sponsored students shall be included in the merit list of N.R.I seats as well as in the merit list of Management Seats.
