Seat Available For Admission

The seats for Undergraduate Degree Programme shall be filled as per the norms and standards of Rajju Shroff Rofel University. These seats shall be filled-in on the basis of Direct Admission and Merit List prepared by the Admission Committee of Rajju Shroff Rofel University, considering the applications received from the candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria for admission to the programmes under various Colleges of Rajju Shroff Rofel University. Minimum Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for all UG Programmes are mentioned below :

  • Std. 12th Pass or Equivalent from Any Recognized State / National Board
  • Stream – Arts, Commerce, Science with English subject

Reservation Of Seat

Reservation of Seats shall be as per the guidelines of the Government of Gujarat announced from time to time, provided that the candidates should produce valid certificates duly signed by competent authority empowered by Govt. of Gujarat, issued on or after the 1st April of the Academic Year.

The candidates as mentioned in the above clause has to submit the valid certificates within the stipulated time, failing which the admission application shall be considered under unreserved category.

Reserved seats remaining vacant after last date of application submission in any category shall be converted to open category seats, after due verification of all the necessary documents for admission.

Application For Admission

For the purpose of admission, a candidate shall apply on-line, for the application of his / her candidature on the link shared by the University, within the specified time limit.

  • The University shall announce by advertisement in some leading newspapers / on web-site and by such other means, as it may consider necessary, all the information as may be deemed necessary with regards to admission procedure.
  • Candidate can apply online through Admission Form made available on the website as well as on their mobile phones by opening the form link or by scanning the QR Code of Admission Form. It Form should be filled with correct information as per the procedure listed from time to time.
  • Candidate shall receive all the step-by-step guideline for the submission of Admission Form as well as that of Semester Fees through online mode or through cheque in the form of a PDF document on their registered mobile number.

Requirement Of Documents

The list of self-attested documents to be submitted along with the Admission Form for the purpose of verification is as follows:

  • S.S.C. Examination (Std. X) Mark-Sheet
  • H.S.C. Examination (Std. XII) Mark-Sheet
  • School Leaving Certificate, Transfer Certificate or Migration Certificate
  • Caste Certificate for a candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Socially and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC) Certificate
  • Non-Creamy Layer & Income Certificate of the family for SEBC (Mandatory)
  • Income Certificate for a candidate belonging to Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) (If Applicable)
  • Certificate of Physical Disability, issued and duly signed by the Civil Surgeon/ competent Medical Authority, in case the candidate belongs to a PH Category (If applicable)
  • Certificate of Ex-Servicemen
  • Affidavits in case of discontinuity in education for one or more years
  • Aadhar Card
  • Latest Passport size photographs of the candidate

Scholarship Assistance

Rajju Shroff Rofel University provides scholarship assistance to the meritorious and need based students under the category of schemes:

  • Free-ship to Economically Disadvantaged Group of Students
  • Processing all schemes offered by State Government & Govt. of India through various online portals.

Details regarding the above-mentioned schemes are communicated to students through University website, mobile phone application, on their registered phone number as well as through website as and when they are floated.


  • A candidate who gets admission shall have to pay the fees, as determined by the University.
  • Each Academic Year is split in two semesters.
  • The admitted students are required to pay the fees of every semester as per the Fee Payment Schedule notified by the University/ Institute, and failing which, the concerned student shall not be allowed to attend the academic sessions.
  • The payment shall be made through Online Mode (Debit Card/Credit Card/ UPI / Net banking) and Offline Mode (Cheque).

Fees Structure For Academic Year 2023-24

The Fee Structure of all programmes of Rajju Shroff Rofel University for the Academic Year 2023-2024 shall be governed by the respective authority of Rajju Shroff Rofel University. The Fees shall be subject to revision on the basis of decision as taken by the Finance Committee of the University and duly approved by the Board of Management & Governing Body for respective Academic Years.

Admission Disqualification

During verification of documents or subsequently at any point of time, if the University finds that any certificate or testimonial or information submitted by any candidate is incorrect or false or irrelevant/non-compliant to the requirement, the admission of such candidate shall be cancelled and shall be permanently disqualified for admission at the University. All the fees paid by such candidates will be forfeited, and only the deposit maybe refunded in a prescribed time limit as decided and announced by the University from time-to-time after receiving all required documents from the candidate in this regard.

Admission Cancellation & Refund Policy

The refund entitlement of the students, the amount of refund and the circumstances are as follows

Important Note

  • Fees will be refunded through cheque only.
  • Fees will be refunded only in the bank account of the student.
  • Students must submit an application for admission cancellation.
  • Refund request will be processed within 15 working days after the receipt of all the mandatory supporting documents.
