Rajju Shroff ROFEL University has been established vide notification effective from 21 st April 2023 through Private Universities (Amdement) Act, 2023 by Gujarat Government and recognized by UGC Act 1956 us 2(F) with the objective of “Education with Knowledge and Skill and Aim at making youth of the country more Powerful.
