Prof. (Dr.) Arindam Paul is First Officiating Provost of Rajju Shroff ROFEL University
Dr. Arindam Paul is currently working as Professor and Principal at ROFEL Shri G.M. Bilakhia College of Pharmacy, Vapi since last 10 years. He has more than 27 years of expertise in Teaching, Research and Technical Consultancy.

As a passionate educationist, Dr. Paul holds Ph.D Degree in Pharmacy from Gujarat University with Pharmacology specialisation. He completed his B.Pharm and M.Pharm from prestigious pioneer pharmacy college: L.M. College of Pharmacy, Ahmedabad.

As a disciplined academician and with administrative experience, he streamlined the educational system at institutes he worked with. He is having experience of more than 17 years at position of Professor & Principal at various institutes and played a key leadership role in getting accreditation of institute through uplifting teaching learning process and creating requisite research facilities leading to institutional academic excellence, patents, student startup & innovations.

Dr. Paul has been a mentor, philosopher and guide to his group of faculties, PG & Ph.D. scholars in all their ventures. Through these years, he has kept his research alive, which is evident from around 50 publications in peer reviewed Journals of repute.
